Minimum Orders
5,000 names is the minimum order from one or any combination of databases.

Shipping and Handling
Delivery of labels, floppy diskettes, and CD ROM by courier will be charged at, cost based on total weight and destination. There are no handling or run charges. Names come with job titles in case business addresses are being ordered. Other fields like salutations (Mr. or Ms.), Industry category of business entity, where employed, etc. may be available for a minimal extra cost. There is no extra charge for selections of names using specific parameters (such as gender, nationality, etc.), splitting of data bases in groups, and key coding of records. This is normally free-of-charge.

Time Required and Special Processing
Delivery takes place within 48 hours upon receipt of your payment confirmation.

Payment
Payment terms are net 30 days from the invoice date to list users with a continuing use of our services. Prepayment may be required on any order and is always required on the first order from new clients. Accounts may be opened upon approval of a credit application. Business checks, wire transfer, money orders are accepted.

Commissions
20% base price commission to all recognized list brokers. 15% base price commission to all recognized advertising agencies, direct marketing consultants and letter shops.

Cancellations
Cancellation charges are determined by the list owner for response and compiled lists cancelled after the mail/use date and after production. Orders cancelled prior to production are subject to a $50.00 cancellation fee. Because certain media can be copied and stored, mailing lists containing name and postal address, sold on disk, or through e-mail, are sold for one time use only, unless otherwise authorized by a global addresses inc. representative at the time of the original sale, and are not returnable or refundable.

Formats
Labels – type of labels accordingly to customer specification. Extra charge of USD 15 per 1,000 names. Floppy Disks -- $15 per 1,000 names; non-refundable flat disk charge. This format allows you to generate mailing labels and personalized letters. IBM compatible, 3.5" ASCII file in comma-delimited, sequential, fixed field format or .dbf. Each disk has approximately 2,000 - 5,000 records, depending on record length, format, and disk density. CD Rom -- $50 non-refundable flat cd rom charge. This format allows you to generate mailing labels and personalized letters. IBM compatible, ASCII file in comma-delimited, sequential, fixed field format or .dbf. Delivery of databases via E-mail is free-of-charge. This format allows you to generate mailing labels and personalized letters. File formats include ASCII comma-delimited, sequential, fixed field format, or .dbf.

List Usage
No list supplied / furnished by global addresses inc. and or the respective list owner, may be used by anyone other than for the confidential use of the original list user. Lists furnished on CD Rom or disk, or through e-mail, are sold for one time use only. All lists are seeded with decoy names to protect against unauthorized use; violators will be prosecuted. All processing for our permission-based Email lists must be conducted by the list owner.

Limited Usage
All lists are available for limited use. The information on each list may be used as many times as the purchaser desires.

Limit of Liability and Accuracy
global addresses inc. provides lists for lawful purposes only and expressly forbids the use of lists supplied by global addresses inc. in any unlawful manner. global addresses inc. shall not be liable for any damages or losses sustained by the purchaser through the use of any list. Furthermore, global addresses inc. shall not be liable for any special or consequential damages, including printing, postage, and processing, and in no event shall global addresses inc. liability exceed the original cost of the list. Due to the verified and recorded sources of compilation, global addresses inc. does not guarantee telephone numbers, facsimile numbers, e-mail addresses, duplicate copies of lists, accuracy of the data, or usage results.
